I love this laminator. After attempting to do some research to find the best home laminator I went with this one. Good price & no electricity needed so it's always cool to the touch. I got it to laminate charts/projects I make for my 2.5 year old twins and 6 month old...
It's fast and doesn't leave bubbles. Also comes with a trimmer and uses a roll so you don't have to worry about size. You can laminate something big or small or both! I love it! I've already gone crazy laminating everything that's not tied down =)

This product is good in theory, but in reality it just doesn't really pan out. We wanted a cheap laminater for kid's projects and reward charts and such. This was a much cheaper route to go, but we could NOT get it to laminate without wrinkling the paper inside! If we used heavier grade cardboard, the laminating sheet itself would develop wrinkles and air pockets.
I am returning this product and will probably end up spending more for a product that actually works. In this case, you get what you pay for.

I bought this laminator years ago. It has never failed. No heating, cooling, batteries, or plug in. It will also laminate many items that are very long like banners. It is a continuous roll up to 60 feet. Refill is easy and no matter how long between it works well. It is not the perfection laminator that some may want but it does an excellent job, is cheap, and everybody always wants to know how I have a laminator and how did I do it so quickly. I do pictures, business cards, sonogram pics, projects, ID cards, and whatever else. With no heat you can laminate many more things. Great for Moms and hobby people.

I have had this laminator for years and it only failed once due to my error, not the machines. Easy to operate and even though I only laminate once in a while it always works and the adhesive seems to hold up just fine. I need one at work so I am ordering another one. Glad to see the refills are a lot easier to get.

First let me start by addressing the wrinkling issue some have posted about. When I first got the unit, I went through the complete roll without a single problem. I had purchased a replacement cartridge too. Swapping cartridges was simple. Just pop open the lid, pull out the old one and drop in the new. Now, after installing the new cartridge, I did have some wrinkling on the first sheet I tried to laminate. I will admit I did not read the directions (and still have not since it's so easy to use). Once I got the first sheet though and opened it up to get the bottom sheet flat on the roller, I have not had another problem. Maybe this is covered in the manual, but it was still easy enough to resolve. I would suggest doing a test lamination on something short, or just rolling some out with nothing to ensure it's rolling properly before first using it, or after replacing the cartridge. This will avoid wasting a whole sheet or ruining what you are trying to laminate. Once it's laminating without wrinkles, it will continue to do so as long as you just take your time.
There really is not more to say. It does exactly what it claims and is so simple to use, anyone can do it. If I had any complaint it would be that they don't offer refills with thinner material. But that may not be possible without a higher risk of wrinkling.
