I don't know how this happened, but I ordered this chair yesterday around noon, and it arrived the following day (today) by 2pm. I was not expecting that.
So 5 stars for that.
The chair itself came nicely packed in a big clean box - free from dings or holes - and the its in two pieces: the bottom base & the top seat cushion and back.
Assembly requires placing the top part onto the post. Took longer opening the box. Literally took 4 seconds to marry the two pieces.
Construction appears to be solid but I've only been on it for an hour or so. Not wobbly, its stable, and the pneumatic lever I was expecting to adjust the height is a nicely designed button that is flush to the seat bottom. In other words, no lever but a large touch pad.
I have the seat cranked all the way up and it is the perfect height for my high desk that is 36" from the floor.
I'll probably be happy with the chair, but I am ecstatic for the next day delivery from Wayfair via Amazon.
