Storage Problems?Mar 15, 2012
By John I have been buying this product from IT supply for years but decided to try Amazon for the price and the easy order functions of their site. This is a standard item but evidently may suffer from lack of movement of product should you purchase it from some of the smaller companies that list. That being said I would/will be sticking to the larger companies for this purchase in the future. This particular order came in a product box that was quite beat up and I am not sure what that says about the item that is in this box? These toner cartridges are pretty much self contained but can suffer if they are subject to extreme heat or cold temperatures. I know that I have had to return one that was purchased from another company due to the toner not taking up on the film? So... that being said. It is probably wisest to purchase from the big boys that list on Amazon. You will still get a good price but will not be so likely to have a defective product due to it having been sitting on the shelf for three years. John

By Jose Contreras Excellent product, I recommend everyone buy this cartridge in amazon.com, the cartridge works like the original brand. Long continue to buy more here thanks
