Great LabelsJul 13, 2011
By Robert Young I purchased these labels for wedding invitations. I'm always concerned that labels will peel off and get stuck in the printer from bending back and forth. These labels experienced no such problems.
I like that the finish is frosted (not shiny), since it blends in nicely with the envelope. Will be buying some of the smaller Avery labels for wedding name cards - hopefully they work as well.

Terrible, terrible product - for me at least.Mar 08, 2011
By E. B. Harvey I have been using Avery products for 8 years with nothing but great things to say about them, and particularly liked the old style 5660 labels, but these new "easy peel" ones have been an absolute nightmare. My office laser printer (a brand spankin new Kyocera 400ci) jams every single time I try to print on them. As a laser printer (which these labels are advertised for), it has a drum that heats up in order to print. Not a problem with the old labels, but the east peels literally shrink and melt from the mild heat, pulling the plastic from the paper and causing the 3 columns to separate. In the machine.
At $49 a box, I would suggest anyone planning on using them at least test a sheet on their printer, because if your's is anything like mine you're going to be frustrated, angry, and out $49.
Not the ones I asked forFeb 16, 2012
By Tom White I requested you. I got the labels, but not the ones I asked for. I received 8460s. They are similar in size, but not exact. I had to move my data over in order to print correctly on the left side, which means that I wasted an entire sheet until I figured out the problem.
Pretty, though a little expensiveJan 15, 2012

I don't have the melting issues that another mentioned in their review (though a note from experience: be VERY careful if you reuse a sheet. The Avery instructions advise against it, and for good reason); prints nicely and cleanly, and has a nice, frosted effect.
Downside to these labels (besides the limited reusability) is that they're both more expensive and more difficult to find than the traditional ones (at least the laser ones are--the inkjet are carried in Wal-Marts).
Also, be careful when using the template provided by Avery.
Reasonable Avery LabelsApr 07, 2011
By alynsey These labels were purchased for work purposes. They were the most reasonably priced item we could find...and arrived within a few days. Definitely a better deal then trying to find them at an office supply store.
