The item is exactly as it appears online. Works fine, and the stainless steel matches the rest of my kitchen decor. It has a much greater capacity than the plastic cup dispensers sold in mass market outlets. As an aside, the response from the supplier is excellent. I had ordered other things from Amazon as part of the same order. The Amazon items were shipped on Amazon Prime. This item was delivered one day before the items shipped direclty from Amazon.

I finally found a cup dispenser for our church that was sturdy and would hold up with heavy use. This cup dispenser is terrific. You can regulate the cup size. We use the 5 oz. setting for our water cooler. I know it will last for many years. I plan to buy another for our new building. Thank you Amazon for providing such an excellent product.

We ordered on Friday evening and got the delivery on Thursday. For some reason, the round welding seams all look rusted out, which disturbs the nice chrome look of the dispenser. The lid looks like it has glue on it and not very smooth looking. The bottom of the dispense is a little out of round. A large section of the plastic protector that is wrapped around the dispenser was peeling off. I don't know if I got a bad one or if they are all like that.

Great durable dispenser. It comes with all the mounting hardware. Only compliant is that although it is adjustable it doesn't fit other cups as well as the dixie cups (which weren't real easy to find in stores).
