A review for the PAPER, not a complaint!Jan 19, 2011
By Heather Nebel Wow, I've never seen such childish behavior just because you missed out on a good deal that was very obvious it was probably a pricing mistake. Did I order as well hoping I would get it delivered? Yes. Did I throw a big fit like a child and start bashing Amazon because my order was canceled? No. It wasn't even Amazon selling it, it was a third party. Shoplet was responsible for the error and canceling the orders, not Amazon. I placed two orders, one for 4 cases and the other for 5. The 4 were for my personal office for my home business and the other 5 were for my employment outside of the home that I would have been reimbursed for. Strangely, I never got the cancellation email that most others got. Instead I got a delivery yesterday of 9 reams of paper, not the 9 cases that I ordered. I used the "Contact Seller" form in order to contact Shoplet (not Amazon) stating that I would like the rest of my order. Instead they have refunded my money and told me to keep the 9 reams of paper. So all in all I walked away with some free paper, but didn't expect that. But the fact is, this area on Amazon is for reviewing the PRODUCT, not telling everyone how ticked off you are that your order got canceled. There is a separate form for that, to review the seller. These reviews are now showing up on the actual product no matter who the seller on Amazon is. Some consumers, like myself, rely on reviews to rate a product in order to make a purchasing decision. We don't care how mad you are about the customer service. Post that in an appropriate area, please.
As far as the paper is concerned, it's fine. Works well for everyday basic printing needs.

Paper has gone up in price at my local supply store. I decided to try this paper as the price was considerably less. It arrived intact with no damage or crushed corners. The paper is bright and after 1 full ream, I have not experienced any jams.

By C. Chun I have no problem with the paper itself but the individual reams inside the boxes were open (like 6/10 of them). Not sure if that happened due to shipping (the case looks fine. no heavy damage to it whatsoever) or if they just sent me the open reams they couldn't sell individually.

By kw Like most people, I ordered this paper at a huge discount. My order was cancelled and amount refunded. I was disappointed, but not irate. So I called customer service and told them about this mistake. Often times if a price is mis-quoted, the vendor eats the difference and fulfills the order. So I told them this and they did fulfill the order at the huge discount. I'm not saying they will do this for everyone, but for all those folks who gave negative feedback, a little person to person talk goes a long way. The age of computers has taken this aspect out of life.

By Karen - Benjamin's Mommy I attempted to purchase this product at a greatly reduced price this morning. Unfortunately, I received an order cancellation e-mail this afternoon. However, I do understand that mistakes happen and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! My credit card was not charged and I was informed of the mistake within a few hours. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received.
