5Great ProductJan 16, 2011
By K. Starkey
I used this product for the first time recently and was extremely pleased with the physical printing process and clarity. I use a Lexmark color laser printer set for label printing and the cards came out clean...even with me printing on both sides. I used the manual feed and put each sheet through once for the front of the card and again for the back of the card. I don't yet know what the longevity of the print is, but I'm not too concerned with that, since I believe most people use business cards for a reference to input the information into their own electronic system and toss the card into a desk drawer, file, or the trash can. It sure beats handwriting the information for them. As far as separating the cards from each other, I was amazed how cleanly they came apart. I followed the directions on the sheet, 'fold this side inward', which it indicates is very important, and they just snapped apart from the outer edge of the sheet and each other. I am truly impressed and don't know why this would have presented a problem for anyone.

In comparison, some cards I've had before from professional printing companies were on slightly heavier cardstock, but these have a good presentation and certainly fit the bill for my present needs. Based on my viewpoint of a business card's purpose this day and age, I don't know that I will ever switch to professionally printed cards so long as these stay reasonably priced and maintain their quality. If I do switch to professionally printed cards later, these will serve well for printing temporary cards for new hires.

5Very pleased!Aug 09, 2010
By Kurt A. Johnson
This Avery business card stock should be called instant business cards for that it was it truly is. With a few simple steps to set up your word processor file, you can quickly produce as many or as few professional appearing business cards. The page of cards sticks together firmly and goes through the printer (well, mine anyway) without any breaking or jamming. The color sticks as cleanly as it does for any paper. And then, once you have it all printed up, just break the cards out - they come out without any ugly tabs. And voila, you have a group of high quality business cards!

It probably sounds like I am going a bit over the top, right? Well, in fact, just recently I needed some business cards, and I was able to create a batch with this product in a matter of minutes. I was very pleased with the results, and think that this product is tops. I give it my highest recommendations!

5Makes nice business cards, clean edgeJun 16, 2009

I like these, print my business cards out on them double sided with my Dell color laser printer. They look professional, nice clean edge, not fuzzy or frayed.

1No! No! No! Don't get these!Apr 30, 2010
By Nobody's Business "Don't worry! Believe nothing! Question everything!"
I had an absolutely horrible experience with these Avery Clean Edge business cards. One word *static*. Once you print on one side of the sheet, the static buildup on the sheets from running through my laser printer was so strong that they stuck together like glue. This meant for *guaranteed* misalignments and paper jams when printing on the other side, because the printer cannot separate the sheets from each other. My printer does not have a manual feed, so I am SOL. Other reviewers have mentioned this, but still given the product a five star review! What gives? This product does not work as advertised. Any paper product you have to run through a manual feeder due to static buildup is not one you want to take a chance on. Do you like paper jams and misalignments?

4Print one at a time, and you're good. More, and you get weird plastic.Apr 01, 2011
By Dinakar Sarma "Dino"
They're great when you print one or maybe two sheets at a time. If you print more than one at a time, you get this weird plastic outcropping. I guess that plastic is what holds the cards together, and lets them have a clean edge. When they are printed multiple sheets at one time, you the plastic melts slightly, and seems to stick to the edges. Not exactly clean edge anymore, is it? ;)
