By AMY DUHAIME We are a medical office with usage of about 15 pages of laminating per day. We thought we were upgrading from the GBC H400 to this "commercial" model H520. After 15 days of minimal use and following the companies directions of cleaning sheets and the correct type of pouches, this machine jammed and ate the document inside never to be seen again. The supplier replaced it for us in a very timely manner and confirmed directions for use. This new machine also ate another document within 20 days of arriving in our office. I am again working with the vender, but do not want this model and would not recommend it. I'm requesting a machine that uses a carrier for the pouch as this seems to be the reason the documents are getting stuck inside the machine. Manchester, NH

By John Hostinsky III Works great for our needs. Once heated up (takes about 10 minutes for 7mil) it stays hot and does a great job.

Broke in less than 48 hoursMay 17, 2012
By Terri We are a small shelter that uses the laminator for our animal cards. I would consider us light to moderate users for a commercial laminator. Following all instructions, it broke within 36 hours of our first usage. It crinkled the pages slightly but that was acceptable but then it jammed and that was all she wrote.
