Nice concept - cheap parts - average customer service from manufacturerMar 09, 2010

We bought the screen for work related presentations. It looks sleek and the concept is pretty neat. It stands on its own, and produces a great backdrop for slides/video. If it was constructed of stronger materials this would have been a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, the legs are made of a brittle plastic. One of the legs snapped off of the base on its second use. We immediately called the manufacturer, and after some wrangling (second call - spoke with a manager) they are sending us a whole new screen (they do not ship parts). Good Engineering. Functions as intended. Cheap materials. Average customer Service (we had to put some work in - we emailed picutures of the broken part - and did encounter some initial resistance).
