5Superb wrist restMay 19, 2010
By coopdude
If you want a really good, nice keyboard wrist rest, look no further.

First off, as other reviewers have said, DO NOT expect it to be as soft as a memory foam pillow or bed. It's firmer than that; it's a support item, it's supposed to help you comfortably keep your wrists in an ergonomic typing position. It's soft enough to do that job perfectly. It resets back to the original shape when you're done, and since it's memory foam, it's not apt to leak out gel in a few months.

The bottom is very well made, with a non-adhesive yet grippy surface. Don't put it down on a dirty surface, or stuff WILL stick to it (I have a little dust on mine already). It won't affect the grip, but obviously, for cleanliness... it sticks well, and I've tested it on a couple painted desk surfaces without adverse effect.

Overall, great buy if your keyboard isn't curved at the bottom, and much better than the wrist wrest included in the majority of keyboards today. Worth the price.

Oh, it's a little bit wider than my Filco Majestouch 104-key Tactile Touch NKRO (for those of you in on nerd speak, 104-key means it's a US-layout keyboard WITH number pad). Not unnacceptably- under a half an inch on either side). Better wider than too narrow, but if you have a "tenkeyless" keyboard (a keyboard without numberpad), it's gonna be a couple inches too wide.

Perfect softness for your wrist along the keyboard. Will only work with straight keyboards; not with the curved ones. This is the only limitation I found.

5Excellent productJul 02, 2010

This wrist rest has fabric on the outside. It feels very good. I had one with plastic surface. It didn't feel good on contact. The memory foam is just about right, not too firm and not too soft. The bottom has a sticky surface to hold the rest in place. I personally don't like this feature, but I don't mind it and believe someone might like it. This one may cost a few bucks more then the competitors. But it is well worth it.

5Good productAug 31, 2010

I have had many gel wrist guards and they all seem to fall apart. This one is quite nice, thinner than previous gel wrist rests, and seems it will last much longer.

4Good Quality Wrist RestAug 07, 2010
By Mustardboy
I previously had a gel wrist rest that I enjoyed for a number of years. When I was looking for a new one, I had originally intended to get another gel rest. However, I came across this one and thought I would give it a try. I'm pleased that I did. While tougher than gel, the memory foam offers superior support in my opinion. And although it's tougher than gel, it is still very comfortable for my wrists. The sticky surface on the bottom allows me to move my hands without the rest moving as well. Something my previous rest did not have. The feel does take some getting used to if you're used to gel, but it's well worth it. This is a quality wrist rest for the price.
