Many flaws and certainly not worth the price.Nov 12, 2012
By Chicken Guy
We bought ours for our small business about 18 month ago, using it about once a week. I can without a doubt say this is the worst vaccuum I've ever owned. For starters, it is very heavy. Anyone who is not fit would have challenges with that alone. None of the tools or attachments fit well. They barely attach to the hose, and then fall off almost every time we try to use them. The hose is stiff and attached to the vac at such a point that nearly every time we use it, the vac tips over unless we hold it.
We have also had lots of noise issues, rattles, sqeals, etc.
The final straw for us was when we accidentally spilled a display the other day and the Oreck failed to pick up a visible amount of the sandy debris. One of my employees who lives nearby ran home and brought back their $100 hoover and it quicky picked up everything the $400 Oreck left behind. So, the Oreck is now awaiting disposal and I bought an inexpensive new Hoover for the shop.

Worst Vacuum EverMar 19, 2013
By Sheron Molloy
This is the worst vacuum ever! We needed a new commercial vacuum for our small business. This is terrible. It doesn't even pick up the smallest thing. There is virtually no suction with this machine.
not worth the priceApr 09, 2013
These vacuums do a good job getting things cleaned-up but after burning through mutiple motors, control boards, onboard attachment breaks, and various other repairs we have decided to go another direction. We have disposed of two of these units; less than a year for one and after only 18 months for the other. Simply not worth the money. These were used in a church with approx 20,000 sqft of carpet. Probably no more than 5,000 sqft during any given day was being vacuumed. Divide that by two units and only 2,500 sqft daily. That is not a huge difference from a large house being vacuumed each day. For the price they should last MUCH longer than a year.

Great Commercial VacuumOct 26, 2012
This vacuum is perfect for commercial use! Easy to use, tools easily accesible, and the long power cord is a must!
