Best Financial CalculatorDec 17, 2007
By Andrew G. Evelyn I find the TI BAII Plus (Professional) to be a valuable tool for anyone in the financial industry. It is very specialized so do not expect to work out your trigonometry problems with it or anything scientific for that matter. Looks good on my desk with its stainless steel outer covering.
It takes some time to learn how to use the various functions though. Need to read the manual before using it. It is a CFA compliant calculator if you are doing the exams.
A very good buy.

By Analytical Like many others, I bought this calculator as a requirement for my CFA test. While it does have some fantastic capabilities the actual nuts and bolts of the product leave something to be desired. The keys require quite a bit of pressure to depress and even then the calculator is iffy about recognizing whether or not it was pressed. I have to pay extremely close attention to my final answer to make sure that it makes sense with the data since so many errors occur during input. Additionally, it's a real pain to have to 2nd>quit after putting in each new variable. The instruction manual is less than helpful and I find myself frequently Googling to learn how to do things on this calculator. It's an alright product but it could benefit from some slight manufacturing adjustments.

By nlc calculater looked great but the buttons are slightly hard to work with, they feel a little bit sticky or something.

By K Seller Althoug the seller send me the wrong model (I order the Pro one but I somehow got the normal one). The calculator is literally just the normal $5 calculator. EVERY SINGLE FINANCIAL FUNCTION IS "NOT" WORKING. Now i end up with normal calculator that look like the financial calculator. Anyway the seller send me another one which they claim to be the pro version (the one i intended to order in the first place), so we'll see how that's work. But for the time being PLASE DON'T LET YOURSELF BE A VICTIM OF THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY SELLER LIKE ME.
