Planner with great flexibilityJan 20, 2008

This planner was just what I needed. I like to have plenty of space to make notes and comments about activities during my work day. This planner allows me to make quick comments for follow up on the left hand page, while offering plenty of space on the right hand page for more detailed information if necessary. Pages are not dated, which is good, because I don't make notes every day and I don't have to "waste" a page. Has a small call log and to do list area as well. Only con would be that it is only 200 pages, so if you do make notes everyday, you'll need more than one book to complete a year.

This is a nice combinatin of a planner and journal, which is great for me personally and something I recommend to people I work with. In addition to traditional task oriented planning, it lends itself to therapeutic uses such as tracking mood, headaches, medication, spending, anything, negative thoughts, cravings, anything at all, and the blank pages are ideal for anything from grocery lists to poems to taking notes at a meeting. I think it is great that it is undated, and I don't try to use it daily, but rather as a journal that I pick up about once a week. Right now I'm ordering another one, because I want to keep one blank to show my patients an example so they can order one if it suits them. In the past I've given out/used myself charts or graphs to monitor goals. This keeps everything in one tidy place.

Great as a daily plannerJun 27, 2008
By GirlBlue I was looking for something to just help me keep a good "to do" list and this is perfect. Lots of room to write notes and reminders I love the spiral binder, it lays flat and you can flip the front cover back.

planner with adequate space for notesFeb 19, 2010

This planner is nearly a perfect solution for me. I like something that can fit into the briefcase, unlike the Covey and Daytimers. The real benefit to me is there is a two page view for each day. The left side is to schedule, a to-do list and a phone log, and the right side is a whole page for notes. Since I need to document the substance of conversations with each client, this saves going to the client file to make notes on short conversations. Any meeting notes can usually be summarized as well. There is enough space to note mileage and expenses. The major downside to the planner is the necessary comprimise of having only 100 days covered by the 200 pages. I figure if I don't enter weekend days, I will be able to get by on two of these in a calandar year. Also, the contact directory list in the back is unlettered, and will need to be duplicated once the planner is full and a new one acquired.

Very HelpfulAug 26, 2010
By Olga Bezhanova This is the kind of planner that allows you the greatest amount of freedom in the way you organize your activities of all planners out there. The pages are undated, so it's up to you which days of the week you enter into the agenda. This can be especially useful for people who only work a couple of days a week. There is a space to plan your activities based on the amount of time they take, there is also a space to list things you need to do, phone calls you need to make, e-mails you need to write, etc. Every other page is a regular lined page that allow you to take copious notes when you attend meetings or are considering a project.
This planner can last you as few or as many months or years as you wish, based on the kind of activities you do and how often you do them.
