Very HappyMay 10, 2010 I bought partly based on the low price but found that the duplexer on my printer consistently jammed with the new cartridge. I contacted the seller and they sent a shipping label and told me to return the cartridge (it was prepaid shipping - there was no out of pocket expense to me). I sent them an email the day it shipped letting them know that it was on the way back and received an email from them stating that the replacement was on the way. It arrived a couple days later and works flawlessly. I could not be happier. I definitely recommend this seller and will probably buy from them again if the opportunity presents itself.
It works and it costs a lot lessApr 08, 2010 This is my second "compatible" cartridge in my HP 2100 printer. Like the first, this worked fine out of the box. No issues or problems.

Order HijackedApr 02, 2010 I ordered 2 new H-P 4096A toner cartridges, but I received 2 remanufactured Office Depot toner cartridges.

refill HP4096ANov 24, 2009 Although I could not identify the cartridge with HP logo, I installed it and did the test print. The solid black was intense, and the water mark crisp. It performs as original.
