Very pleased with my purchase, and I thought it would be helpful to list the colors you get - I couldn't find this info in the product details or in other reviews (though I may have just not seen it).

Just got these pencils today after reading the reviews. Not much talked about regarding erasing, but took a chance.
Bought these as a teacher who works with kids in a help class and sometimes help kids in math by marking up their paper.
Because I wanted my markups to stand out, I wanted a colored pencil, but kids sometimes want to erase the teacher marks.
Opened them up, eager to see, drew a line and then tried to erase and TERRIBLE. Fades about 50% of the writing, but can easily see what was drawn or written.
Tried other colors, all the same result- can still see what was written after erasing- tried another eraser- NO BETTER.
Do not buy if looking for the "erase" factor of a colored pencil.
Will continue to search.
p.s. I contacted seller: TCP Gloabal and he heard my complaint, but passed my on to an "Amazon rep" and that just got me a VOICE MAIL!!!! AAAHHH

I got these so I could do color coded scripture marking. The leads are nice and creamy soft. They do not appear to bleed through the thin paper on my scriptures. My only downside is that in the color assortment, there is no orange!
I did have one problem...the blue I received in this package was an empty wooden tube - no lead. But the Prismacolor folks did send my a replacement pencil.
Amazon, I'd like to see the colors listed in the package as an improvement to the listing.

I should have listened to the one bad review. They just don't erase. I have used crayola erasable colored pencils and each eraser matches the color of the pencil. Those erase much better. If I wanted a pencil that didn't erase I would have boughten regular ones. They are good quality in that they don't break easy and sharpen well, but if you are looking for an erasable pencil I would go with crayola or something else.

These are fantastic for sketching. The colors are very smooth and I can get a pretty good point without it breaking. I love how easily they can be erased from certain papers (though I suggest a different eraser than the ones on the back of them) and they are just so much fin to work with.
